The rental rates are as follows:

- $220 per night for prime time and $160 per night for off and late nights.

- Prime time consists of Thurs-Sun at 8(7) pm Late night begins at 11pm (access to the space will be at10:30) and off night is Mon-Weds nights at 8(7) pm.

- There are discounts for rental agreements that are for more than two days per week and over 4 weeks.

To sign a contract and hold the space you must have a deposit which is equal to one week’s rent and a $25 non refundable lamp fee, used to defray the cost of the theater lighting.
